Bild.de has found out the truth behind what happened at the gas station the other night. The “fans” that Tom encountered weren’t regular fans, but members of a French cult called the Afghans On Tour that have been following the band for the past 6 months. They’ve reported sent the twins threatening letters, attacked their mother, and vandalized their vehicles.
** Because they call themselves “Afghans On Tour” does not mean they’re from Afghanistan. I think it is because of how they look. The girls cover their faces to hide their identities, similar to how Muslim women do in Afghanistan.

They’ve been chasing the rock band for months
His fans are puzzled over why he lost control over himself so much. Is there a possible explanation for his behaviour now?
Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz (19) went ballistic at a petrol station in Hamburg. The musician hit a young woman (21) in the face after she stubbed out a cigarette on his car. Thereupon she filed charges against the rock star.
Bild now learned: The woman is supposed to be part of a stalker gang from France. They call themselves “Les afghans on tour” (The Afghans on tour). Four girls are supposed to be part of the gang that has been following the band’s every move for half a year. The young women are mostly hooded and masked.
The stalkers allegedly also besieged the band members’ flats. They allegedly threw eggs at the musicians’ cars, wrote threatening letters and harassed family members.
In a threatening letter to “Tokio Hotel” that is available to BILD, the girls claim that they would be more than normal fans and threaten the band with a “little nightmare” for the following week. Furthermore it says: “Attention, attention… We’re unhappy. We’re growing impatient.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND US???”Even the mother of Bill and Tom was allegedly threatened and assaulted by the stalker gang last week. Charges against the stalkers have been filed (reference 2009 004 57397).
Tokio Hotel’s manager and producer David Jost confirmed the incidents towards BILD.
He says: “One of those masked stalker girls assaulted a family member of Bill and Tom on 8th April. We’ve immediately filed charges against the girl the following day and will file more charges now.”

I hope the four girls from the group called “Les Afghans On Tour” realize what they did is wrong action. We all understand that Tokio Hotel are very thankful for the fans support around the world, cause without them there will be no Tokio hotel at all. When, I found out about this, I was so SHOCKED and couldn’t believe that Tom actually hit a girl in the face. I began to think and study the situation for what I knew is that Tom shouldn’t hit a girl, but instead maybe try to sort things out in the old fashion way by talking to them with respect and at least try to make a connection why they doing it. Doesn’t mean I’m against Tom, I’m actually I Big Fan of Tokio Hotel and those four girls should no better than acting like a childish, instead act like a role model too. I support Tom’s desicion and I do respect his future statement for behalf of his family members, friends and the rest too.

Totally agree with the way Tom acted. If I was being stalked by someone, with such a short fuse I have, they would’ve come away with worse then getting punched in the face.

I left a mail on their myspace, but they deleted it again! I bet they got alot of crap, but soo worth it. I would beat em to death if I knew the twins and theyre friends would be OK. And I doubt I am alone on that statement. They should go to jail. I stand my ground for the twins!

was being followed by that and one of them put a cigarrette out on my car, I’d freakin run her over, reverse, and go back over her again.
