The article talks about the boys being in Los Angeles and that they were on the beach in Los Angeles, where some photos were taken of Tom with his shirt off. For quite a while now Bill and Tom Kaulitz (19) have been in the “film-glitter-city”. And they’re probably thinking: “Whoever works has to relax as well.” So the guys hang out on the beach of Los Angeles.
